I received a prompt appointment, and my doctor (Dr. Leite) was kind, compassionate and straightforward. He listened to me, (something rare for doctors these days), and addressed each of my concerns. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, a very positive experience.
There was no physician on call: no one returned my call. You cannot reach certain physicians to communicate in general. Very hands-off. Also, there is an administrative /billing disconnect with the Digestive Disease Institute and the Physician/Consultants, so pay attention who is billing you and for what. There is an attitude problem on that end. I am going to find another provider.
