Absolute scam! Do not transfer; they charge higher rates (my May is double of what I paid last year), $150 cancelation fee (if cancelled before 12-month contract is up), and their sales rep will mis-represent their services to lock you into the contract quickly. Trash of a company. I will be filing a complaint with PUC too.
zero stars. what a fraud. got a letter in the mail saying i've changed suppliers to them - if not call....well the number on the letter is not in service, so says the recording. web says they're in CT, letter says florida...scam!
Do not go with this company they are the worse they refuse to cancel my services for over 3 months , they are a fraud they tell you lies to make you sign up and have your bill sky high do not have them for your supplier.
They came to my door under false pretenses. They lied and said that the utility had overcharged me for service, and they were also giving me a 100 dollar gift card. Scammers! DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR THESE PEOPLE. Luckily, I figured it out before the cancellation period ended (Oh yeah, they bill 150 early termination fee if you don't catch them in their lie)
Be careful with their sale representatives. They will ask to see your electricity and gas bills then change your supplier. The contract which they sign you in will have an absurdly high rate (double the market rate), at least 12-month long and have a super high termination fee. If it happens to you, call them and ask them to cancel your contract. Luckily the call agents were cooperative and proceeded with my request.
