More concerned with covering themselves legally than anything else. Hottest of hot garbage. I was told to "think about something else" when looking for help about an eating disorder.

The lack of professionalism and decorum is incredible. Your counselor can discharge you without telling you based on appointments they set without your awareness. Very nasty tactics that are unethical. Clear indication of patient neglect. For the privacy of the workers, I won’t mention the name of the therapist who did this to me. However, because old habits are hard to change, she will do this again to other patients she doesn’t like and it’s going to cost Pa Counseling money. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have a trouble teenage daughter that’s getting serviced by this office in Mechanicsburg. The therapist Jason who calls and always demands payment a week in advance before service, it’s been a few months since my daughter has been dealing with him, and let me tell you the disrespect of demanding payment a week before service it’s beyond ridiculous!
