Went to seek EMDR therapy here a while ago, was assigned to Cassandra Raymond. She was incredibly dismissive and rude for no reason during intake. I went to one session with her because I didn't have other options. She directly asked me if I was going to kill myself. Was also hostile and made homophobic remarks. The facility was dirty and run down, smelled like sewage right outside of the entrance. Do not go here, you will regret it just as I do now.
My experiences with Pennsylvania Counseling have always been nothing but positive. I’ve been going there for 24 years and the combination of psycho analysis and medical care is unparalleled to any other treatment I’ve received in the past. Through them I have the skills to help myself through many chaotic and trying times. Their combination of therapy and medical expertise is second to none in my humble opinion!
My therapist Ben is very intelligent and you can see that he cares about what he does. I've had zero issues with this or their other office. It looks like all the people complaining on here are struggling with their issues. I'll pray for them.
