The receptionist at this facility is horrible. She speaks with customers with disrespect, thinking that everybody is mentally ill and they don't get to be treated with respect or courtesy.She needs to be fired
I was discharged back in June after a year and a half of therapy. In that year and a half I had five different therapists. They can't keep anyone employed. I tried going back today. When I got there, they told me the therapist had an emergency and I would have to reschedule. Ok, hope things are good. But, why didn't anyone call me before I wasted my time to go? I only went back because they take my insurance. I'm done. I'll look for somewhere else. 125 south 5th is a joke.
They do not care and like to lie . Do not fall for there manipulation tactics. If you are not comfortable with something you should not be forced to do it there are plenty of other companies that will care about your mental health and take it seriously
They do not care about you, but they *do* care deeply about charging your insurance as frequently as possible. I leave my sessions exponentially more stressed than I was before. Awful experience.
I absolutely love my therapist and my psychiatrist is fantastic. They listen to me and I feel very comfortable talking about anything that's going on in my life...I try other places and they did nothing for me but this places help me a lot.
