I used to like this place until my threapist dropped me from 2 times a week to once a week knowing dam well I have a severe mental health issue they dont even care about you here I swear it's all about money here to
I have been with pcs for almost a year and have had the best service. The appointment are not hard to schedule and the people are very nice. My therapist abbey is the best and has helped me through many years of trauma and depression. I would recommend PCs and Abbey to anyone.
This place just sucks.. rules are to strict first of all...second of all if u don't give them 24 hour notice to reschedule if u do that 2 times then they discharge u which is ridiculous cuz in some situations u just can't let them know 24 hours ahead of time third of all they make u pay if u miss a appointment which sounds like they don't even care about your mental health and rather use you for money market reasons and then 4th of all why tf is there door locked all the time sometimes I'm waiting outside forever this place ... read more
I recently had my Son there for services, he has special needs. His therapist didn't address any the issues we were most concerned about. Scheduling was a nightmare I rescheduled appointments and they had two different days in for him and told me the guy that was filling in wasn't familiar with scheduling.
Apparently they dont actually care about their patients there. They treat mental health like a marketing strategy and only care about filling appointment blocks. You miss an appointment because of important day to day things and they take your next appointment away from you and not schedule you unless you complain. Would not trust this place with the mental health of a walnut. Highly unprofessional especially for the type of work they are supposed to do.
