They say they will give grace and flexibility but won't see you if you arrive at your exact appointment time and not ten minutes early
This office is not a place I would recommend. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment you walk in until you leave. I had a scheduled appointment on June 26th, 2024 and arrived only 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic. However, instead of understanding my situation, the front desk receptionist was immediately dismissive and rude, telling me to be on time next time. Bad. Only interested in being a rehab clinic, zero mental health support what-so-ever. Don't even mention that you smoke weed or they will drug test you and deny any additional service.
