I would give 0 stars if I could. The therapists are either far from professional or they don't connect with you at all. The psychiatrist in particular, Mandy, is HORRIBLE at her job. The only thing she's worried about is depression and anxiety. God forbid you have any other mental illness because Mandy WILL NOT treat it. She won't give you the meds you need even if you've been on them before. She constantly says she "doesn't believe" in a lot of medications and is focused more on side effects of them than anything else. She ... read more
DO NOT go here! I had an appt yesterday, which I was going to be on time for (a couple of mins late, which was ok) and due to circumstances beyond my control, I ended up being almost an hour late, of which I let them know TWICE via a courtesy call. Counselor called back and said "Sorry. You're a no show. We're gonna have to discontinue service". Also, telehealth with this individual was IMPOSSIBLE. I could never get into the portal. Imagine you’ve gotta go into work and your sitting in your car with depression and anxious but this is new, this was caused by this place., somewhere that is supposed to deal with these kind of things and help with them. Two of my kids have went here and I’ve missed both evals I was alright eventually after dealing through their games on them saying it’s my fault they didn’t reach out for me to attend by phone., but what really caused was hearing the things said about me in my absence and i wasn’t very happy on the first tim... read more
Does not allow the patient to receive medications that they need. I needed adhd meds an because i am not at school or my job "doesnt require it" was loads of trash.
Really helped me and my boyfriend get through a tough patch in our relationship
