Three days trying to make an appointment, and no call back. I decided to go to the office to make the appointment in person. When got there, there was a sign saying that there was no receptionist. I called again, and when I finally got someone on the phone, she told me they did not have time available for my insurance. Three days to hear that. Horrible administration service!

Therapist was great, but administration is bad you miss appointments and mentally unwell people tend to do on occasion. They will fudge dates on the warning letter and immediately send the discharge (also with dates days after the letter post mark date) letter 2 days after the warning saying you have 10 business days to respond. They will also stop accepting calls from you, and did so before I even got the discharge letter.

Scary and disappointing..... People go there who are struggling with all kinds of problems to receive help and care; and they mishandle their billing/ notification of copays/amounts due. Then they send a bill for almost $2000.... What an absolute pile on, kick a person when they are already down maneuver. Shame on you, and to those considering.... Go elsewhere, because if they cared even a little about a person's mental stability or health, they would not do this. I could not stand by and watch a close friend go through this... read more
