Unfortunately, I have voted them a one star but I rather not rate them at all. I’ve been with PCA for a year now and it started out great. This past April when I started to try and contact them I only ever spoke to one person who told me and I quote, “April (my second service coordinator) no longer works with us. They have had my case for over 2 months. They get paid for taking care of my sons OBRA waiver but THEY HAVE DONE NEXT TO NOTHING. I should have had services by now but instead I'm still waiting for them to transfer paperwork. Doesn't seem to matter to them that I am without a job with no one to take care of my 21 year old autistic son. They say phone services are down, got the message system seems to be taking my messages.
