He is a plumbing lifesaver. Our water heater failed right before a holiday, and raymond came out the same day in Easton. We ended up with a better water heater than before, and the price was lower than the other estimates we had received. On top of that, the original builder’s plumber had crossed water lines throughout the house, so for a long time we did not have proper hot water in the kitchen and a few other important areas. My kitchen faucet got a crack in the metal and started leaking, spraying close to a gallon of water an hour. i first tried to handle the plumbing repair myself, but i realized i did not have the right tools and did not want to turn a simple faucet replacement into a bigger issue under the sink.
