I was in PHP for a few months at the beginning of this year for continuous feelings of existential dread and depression. I had a decent experience. However, at the beginning it was very unclear how the program worked as it was never clearly explained during intake. Pennsylvania behavioral health center helped me get my life back. I came into their PHP program lost, and from day one the staff made me feel welcomed and helped me on my journey. I can’t speak highly enough of Pamela Van Der Laan. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and supported. She creates a safe, welcoming space where it’s okay to be vulnerable, and her insight and compassion have helped me grow in ways I didn’t think were possible.

if your looking for professional help especially with mental health or addiction this is the place to go! they have wonderful therapist especially mine Pamela, staff and people! i wouldn’t have gotten so far in my recovery without them!
