Arianna has been at Pennsylvania Apartments for years. She is so knowledgeable and accessible to her residents. Customer Service on point!
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The property manager, Ariana, is very professional and responsive, even after hours. I been here since 3 years, when I moved in got all updated appliances and the floors were upgraded to hardwood floors. The location is perfect with easy access to freeways, BART, and Fremont Downtown where we have events. Whole Foods, Mega mart, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Target and other major stores nearby. I been living here for 3 years. I love my place very nice inside with amenities. The manager Ari is always there to assist and the maintenance team is Awesome! It's a very nice community with children diversity & family oriented!
The area is not as clean as it should be. The area is quiet most days and nights, but there are those occasions when you will hear cans being thrown from the dumpster to the ground at all hours of the day and night. People from all around dumpster dive in the complex. Sketchy people roam around the apartments often. The property manager, Ariana is unprofessional rude and can attempt being condescending … she’ll be nice at first though.
