I lived here for 2 years. I highly don't recommend these apartments. This place tried to mess up my credit. I've had my car vandalized while staying here. Someone child was almost taken because none of the parents pay attention to their children. These units are roach infested. Unlike other residents I was always on time and never late besides water. Arianna has been at Pennsylvania Apartments for years. She is so knowledgeable and accessible to her residents. Customer Service on point!
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The property manager, Ariana, is very professional and responsive, even after hours. I been here since 3 years, when I moved in got all updated appliances and the floors were upgraded to hardwood floors. The location is perfect with easy access to freeways, BART, and Fremont Downtown where we have events. Whole Foods, Mega mart, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Target and other major stores nearby. I been living here for 3 years. I love my place very nice inside with amenities. The manager Ari is always there to assist and the maintenance team is Awesome! It's a very nice community with children diversity & family oriented!
