What an unfortunate situation for your family and you. I have had nothing but the finest care provided by the same agency for many years and find it difficult to believe these accusations. It sounds like you are bitter over the guardianship battle and are taking it out on the agency. Perhaps if you had spent some more time closer to the situation you would have been able to resolve the issues .
