Terrible online, terrible banking issues, terrible card issues.
First time I’ve been to this branch. I don’t even know what to say. I was repulsed by the smell that came out of the side office after someone opened the door. I was dry heaving as I was leaving. So unprofessional and disgusting.
Online banking will not work even with multiple attempts at fixing. Phone app is useless. Can’t purchase anything that bills outside of the US with card. They do not offer tap to purchase cards. Debit cards are flimsy and break easily. Employees are rude. Impossible to get any kind of loan regardless how long you have been customers of theirs.
Pennstar is great. Always easy to work with & always friendly. Love working with a local company.
