It's a shame I spent my hard earned money eating somewhere that has horrible customer service.... Not even a hello or a you're welcome after being served.

This is one of the better ice cream and sandwich shops in the area, and by FAR moreso than its previous owners... we have yet to have a bad experience there since they switched hands to Intel's. The staff and service are excellent, and the owner and family too. Sometimes you have to wait, but that is totally understandable given the size of the shop... You don't take phone orders so that you can wait on customers first. You can't take ice cream orders at the window because you are too busy inside. 20 minutes inside and you still can't take an order. This is the fourth time you lost my business because of these issues. Maybe you should start hiring someone who can wait on customers before you lose them.
I love the people, service and food here. My mother and I both go here alot and never ever have we had a problem. Very nice atmosphere as well.
The employees here are so incredibly nice and courteous. Food is fantastic. Follow up with a great sundae!
