Tenants should not be surprised at all by the indifference with any apartment complex that Altman owns.
I pay rent on time every month and somehow they always try to attach a late fee and change the amount agreed upon for the pet fee which results in a 100 dollar late fee. The office manager is never in the office and will never return calls even when we have banking statements to confirm out payment dates and email records to confirm the pet monthly charge. Completely unacceptable stay far away.
Horrible and very dangerous place to live at. Seems quiet, but has very "weirdly people living in this complex. Also my husband's brother was murdered in cold blood here, and still no justice has occured. I wouldnt stay here at all.
