The front desk is helpful. The MRI Technician was not that helpful during the process. Of course MRI’s are not the most comfortable but when your patients are done you should be helping them off the table/bed after laying in pain for almost an hour. Instead he had me lift myself up off the hard table onto the floor. I was dizzy and almost fell. He might need to be more caring about the other person.
Everybody I came in contact here with who were very professional down to earth it made my experience very comfortable thank you guys and a technician. Allison was very professional. It made me feel calm. Great job everybody!!
I was pleasantly pleased with the counter courtesy of the staff at the front desk. Their actions were swift and precise. As for my Magnetic ResonIance Imaging Technologist (Alice) she was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and awfully concerned about my comfort. Pennsauken Diagnostic Ctr is a worthy place to be treated!!!
