they are compassionate and sympathetic with your pets necessities
The staff is NOT compassionate except for the one young lady at the desk. I drop off a stray cat yesterday that was injured. I just asked what their thoughts were about this cat. I didn't want to see him put down. The girl who took him back would not give me any information. Very cold attitude. She said this was not a stray cat someone was taking care of him. You could absolutely tell he was a stray cat. If he had a home why would he stay in my yard for 3 days. I would not go back there again.
It was our first visit. With what I say our 4th child since she’s a puppy. Our 5month old cattle mix Lola had an emergency. She had a deep cut in her leg. I first called on the phone, I was able to make a appointment quickly. They were professional on the phone and was able to calm my nerves. When we went inside for the appointment it was a cool, clean, calm, welcoming environment. I felt at ease and surgery was done within a hour. Thank you!

Took my kitty in for a walk in appointment because my vet was closed. What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door! Very nice staff and they helped my kitty with his injured leg. Thank you Pennsauken Animal Hospital!!
