BORDERLINE SCAM ALERT! Called this company in May to order a one-time service to spray the outside foundation of our home in Milton MA. I was quoted $199.00. The Service Advisor asked if I wanted the inside of the house sprayed and I declined explaining medical reasons. She asked for a credit card number and that it would not be charged until after the service was performed. I had a squirrel problem. I called APM and had Sean Sartor, a friendly and knowledgeable, professional out to the house within an hour of my request. He gave me a price and an explanation of how they would make my squirrel problem stop. He also gave me a price on my terribly clogged gutters (they also clean gutters).
