FIND SOMEONE ELSE! I had to have my car towed AWAY from them. I took it in for a rusted radiator and popped freeze plug. My dad was with me and signed the car in. When I called back the following day to check if the proper parts had been ordered, the old woman in the office refused to speak with me (even though I'm the one titled on the vehicle), she smugly told me to have my dad call her. ABSOLUTE WORST place I've ever been to. Stopped to get a inspection on my 2003 Acura, they failed it for my taillight that works but has a piece missing and for emissions test. I asked why was I given a emissions test being that my car is 20 years old, he acted like he had no knowledge of what I was talking about, then asked the guy who did the inspection and he brought out a book and read the safety regulations which states that 30 years for safety inspection, I tried to explain to him emissions and safety are different he ... read more
