Very disappointed. My daughter has been a pt here since birth. I called at 450 today to discuss a temperature and to see what I should be doing, etc. after adding her insurance to their new system I was told I’m basically SOL at the moment because they don’t accept her insurance anymore since switching over. It’s extremely disappointing that at this moment of a temp close to 103* I can’t even speak to one of the doctors to get insight on THEIR patient for over a year.
My son has been with Pennridge pediatrics for the past six years and we absolutely love them. All the doctors are great and the front desk staff is so kind and nice BUT now that they switched over to St. Luke’s they are absolutely horrible. The Harleysville office is not even open on Fridays anymore, there’s no more doctor call in hour from 8 to 9 and it’s impossible to get a same day sick appointment. What a shame! My toddler was very nervous for her yearly visit but they were so kind and helpful. When we left she said, “that doctor was so much fun!”. Would absolutely recommend.
