I am incredibly satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Pennock and his staff. Dealing with a highly complicated case can be challenging, but the entire team has been exceptionally thorough, supportive, and professional.
From the scheduling call through appointment everyone was very thorough. The Doctor and Intake coordinator took the time to listen and ask clarifying questions to make sure they understood my daughters symptoms. While the appointment was lengthy, we were well informed prior that the testing would take time. We did not feel rushed and the Doctor took time to explain the outcome and various treatment options. I am not sure why there are sub par reviews, they did an excellent job from appointment prep through diagnosis.
Very patient and friendly, extremely knowledgeable, the best eye care for my daughter.
The appointment time was 730 and the doors were locked until 740. Appointments this early should not be available if the office is not open at that time and the doors are locked. When I questioned about this mishap I received no explanation.
