Doctor was great. Confusing why they bill under medical insurance and not vision benefits. We arrived to our appointment that was end of the day, and the office was closed and their phones went to answering service. When I called the next day they stated they had received a cancelation message, that I never sent. On my end I had confirmed appointment. Brought my son here and while sitting here the woman at the desk fixed my glasses that kept going crooked. They are very never and knowledgeable here.
Best eye doctor experience and the staff were so patient and friendly! Made us feel at ease and addressed all issues! Very polite and respectful!
