Wife and I hired Pennington to do a new construction plumbing job on our personal house. Pennington dissapeared halfway thru the job and refused to return to site unless was paid for remainder of contract. Check his criminal record and check the Plumbing review board for open case complaint investigation cases. As far as the "Work" that was actually done before they disapeared.
