Hate is a strong word, but I am really disappointed in this business. We signed a contract with you guys on February 28, 2017 for my wedding on August 5th. You dropped us last week because were going to be in Colorado, and didn't even bother to call us. You told my mother that you "were going to get to it sometime that week". We are literally scrambling to find somebody else to make my cake.
