This company did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them and use them again! Nice people and made the home look brand new!
Because I was not there to oversee the job, they spent 7 hours doing what I could have done in two. I guess when you charge by the hour you can be as slow as you want. Also - poor communication.
We paid for a deep clean when we moved into our new house. We had hired a separate carpet cleaning service to clean the carpet so they did not need to do that. There was still dirt visible and clumps of dog hair on the non-carpet floor. For the cost I was disappointed in the quality.
I’ve been very pleased with their service. Thorough, professional, and responsive. Good communication, too.
