Let's start it at this, me and my family moved in January. The landlady was rude, inattentive, and dishonest. Management would never answer their phone or email, and in one circumstance had made an appointment to meet with us and completely bailed. The apartment was dirty upon move-in and we were threatened to be charged with a lock change and yelled at as if we were children, which was ridiculous considering we went through the process of a sublease and did everything the legal way instead of under-the-table. In all honesty, please avoid leasing from this company at all costs.
