We have been doing a refresh at our home and Brad was assigned to our project. He was always on time, friendly and polite, and arrived ready to go to work. On multiple visits Brad moved out hot water heater, a toilet, and bathtub in preparation for some foundation drain tile work. Afterwards, he re-installed everything. After new flooring was installed, he returned to correctly install a toilet that the flooring people got wrong. The price was fair and the work excellent. Penning is our plumbing source.
Brad B has done an outstanding job for our family this week. He has been very professional, and we will be using him for future projects. We will recommend him to any family and friends that need this type of services.
Darrel Y. came and diagnosed the issue with my furnace. The part that was needed wouldn't be available for 2 days so he lent me 2 electric heaters since it was around 58 degrees in my home. He came back at 8:30am and had my furnace kicking out heat by 10am. Thank you Darrel!
Penning Plumbing..."call at your own risk". They charged $2,334.00 for a new water heater and parts. One of the parts was a $235 drain pan. I looked up the cost of a drain pan online and its approximately $20.00. I called Home Depot and Home Depot gave me a quote for the same water heater and parts...Home Depot's quote came back at $1,572!! I could have saved $762.00! with Home Depot. I emailed Penning asking for an explanation and have yet to get a response... I will update this review as soon as I get their response.
This company price gauges. They charged us double what any other plumbing company would. They claimed we needed a bunch of crap we didn't need. They charged us $325 for a drain pan. I called 5 times in 2 days to complain and NO ONE answered the phone. The owner finally called back and said they quoted us ahead of time and we shouldn't have agreed to the service. I told him they shouldn't rip people off. He didn't care and offered no compensation. I will NEVER use them again and hope no one else does either.
We had Penning Plumbing for a leaking toilet. The service was very good. The charges were not. Upon researching other plumbing companies we found out we were charged double what others charged. $300.00 for one hour service plus $49.00 service call.
Like how the 5 star ratings don't talk about pricing...names seem odd as well....hmm, smells fishy! Seriously, contact Penning..."at your own risk"
