Did the best job of anybody who’s ever done my taxes?
I was scheduled to do my taxes with her but she never showed even when i was rescheduled. I have been trying to get a hold of her for the past 6 months for my refund but no response at all , and now when i call the phone number has been disconnected. If anyone knows what i can do to get my refund back please let me know.
Unfortunately, Pennie did not successfully submit my taxes for tax year 2020. After lack of communication from her side and calling the IRS. I had to submit my taxes late and via another route. Pennie did not refund the money paid for the service she did not complete. IRS recommended to file form 14157 against her - it can be found on the IRS website. Form 843 can be filed as well if anyone has been penalized for filing late taxes due to Pennies lack of professional conduct.
Hired this person and payed her $250.00 in advance and she didnt do any work supposedly due to sicknes now i been try to call for the past 4 months to get my money back and no response whatsoever very poor service!!!
