She explained everything to me that I didn’t understand and she was so nice and helpful
NP refused to test my son for RSV, said he didn’t have all the symptoms (he did) and sent us home with an “ear infection” later had to go to ER and tested positive for rsv and did NOT have an ear infection.
Got taken care of on this visit.
