penni is an extremely rude person to deal with. She's been rude to myself as well as others (I witnessed this) multiple times over the years. Also, when someone leaves them an honest review they don't like, they'll say they aren't a customer. I am a State Farm customer. I decided to go with a different agent that cares about their clients and being nice to people in the community.
George was very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with my decision to return. I was with State Farm before and is happy to be back.
