Place is nice and clean. Easy to get in and out of. This is the 2nd time I have rented a unit here and have always had good dealings with booking and onsite employees. I would definitely use again if I need extra storage in the future
We have booked units here multiple times and they've always been helpful. Even when I didn't call in time to cancel because we moved out on a Sunday, the staff was able to take care of it and ensure I wasn't billed for the following month despite the tight timing.
Sierra at Penngrove Station Mini Storage is the BEST! She called to let me know that during a recent inspection of the area, it as discovered I had accidentally installed my lock wrong. Though it looked secure, this left my goods accessible if someone knew what they were looking at regarding proper lock placement. I told her I’d be in ASAP and she stated she’d keep an eye on it. Her attention to detail and customer advocacy is second to none. Well done Sierra!!!
