My parents hired Carlos expecting help with an eviction. Unfortunately, they did not deliver as promised. Both my mother and I attempted to reach them multiple times via calls, texts, and emails, but received no response and if responded to it was days later, when asked for a call back it would take over a week to get a call or at times no call was returned.
