Super friendly people and very happy with the appraisal they performed!
Absolutely perfect to work with. Priced reasonably and so fast to deliver. Such nice folks to talk with over the phone and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Worst appraisal company EVER. Do not use them, they will low ball you on the true value of your home. They never even accounted for the fact that I have upgraded my bathrooms, got pavers and solar system, I used a different company and received an appraisal for 80K more than they appraised my home for
I had my home appraised by Penny Appraisals last Friday October 29th and I was very happy with the appraiser that came out, he was on time, very professional and he respected our home. Penny Appraisals got the report back to the company I am refinancing with in a very timely manner unlike the company that originally appraised it back in 2019 when we bought our home.
