I'm so concerned about the people who are entering this line of work! You have nasty, rude, unprofessional people who have worked here for years with that attitude and your job is to help with mental health! Not only do you make it difficult to continue serious medication, but you have psychiatrist who continues messing up your med plan. My therapist, George Lutchendorf was completely unprofessional and hurtful. I was telling him that I was going to take my daughter out for her birthday to a nice restaurant, and I had to look up the menu for for the prices. He said to me: "If you have to lookup the menu prices, you don't belong there." I would never recommend him or this place to anyone.
I was concerned due to previous reviews, which put me off walking in the door for two years. Don’t let the negative reviews impact your decision to go here; I have genuinely found everyone helpful and caring. The staff here clearly deal with many patients who undoubtedly have a wide range of issues. Give them grace and know they are trying to do their best, and want the best for you.
