Dr. McWilliams and some front desk stuff are great, they treat you respectfully and answers all of your questions. However it’s extremely difficult to call them and schedule, and I have to drive there to make an appointment for couple times as nobody answers the phone for hours.
We go to Penn care for kids but recently trying to get a hold of anyone is a nightmare. Why does it take over 40 minutes for someone to pick up the phone?
Receptionist working on 9/11 was rude and unfriendly.
