Noisy Train – I am a new resident to Pennbrooke apartments, and I am very disappointed with the sound of the train that goes pass twice a day during the weekdays. Being sold on the appearance of the apartment and the environment I disregarded the train tracks in close proximity to the building. The property manger assured me that the train only came once a day and it wasn’t that bad.
