They took my money to ship a vehicle I bought through CarsandBids.com but never shipped. They agreed to refund so I flew in to pick up. But they never refunded my $845. I'm now in the process of disputing with my CC company. Worse yet - car had many expensive and undisclosed issues including broken A/C, and the paint/body was nowhere nearly what was promised. Do not trust this dealership. I bought a car that was misrepresented, after purchased the car arrived in limp mode with the check engine light on requiring over $7000 worth of engine repair. I am almost 4 months past the purchase date and still havent been avle to drive the car. Lots of reviews online from others saying the same thing happened to them to. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Get a third party inspection before buying here to understand what is hidden below the surface of their cars.
Most dishonest dealership i have ever done business with. Can't trust a work Mike, Racheal or Matt says.

Terrible all across the board. I bought an 03 Volvo Xc that ran a few weeks before the transmission went. Bought it for 4995 cash...sold it after giving Pennant a month to look at it and tell me it would be about 2500 or so to fix it. Sold it for $1400 and ate the loss. I wouldn’t take a free car from Albert. And you couldn’t pay me enough to ever recommend their business to anyone.
