Never, ever answer the phone.The office staff is great. Unfortunately if you call to make,cancel or reschedule, an appt,you cannot get through. There is a prompt to have them call you back. If you are cancelling,and can't get through or a call back,you are marked as missing an appt.Last time took two weeks to get a call back for a front tooth cracked in half. I was told I could get squeezed in on Dec 23rd as they are too busy. Especially for people that "miss" appointments. I did end up 'only 'waiting a total of three weeks ... read more
I had never been there before.They took care of my problem,I had an extraction,one of my molers.Great staff,the dentist is truly one of the best around,I am glad I found this office.

Dr.Phippen is above and beyond professional and compassionate .The assistant was fantastic as well . definitely highly recommend this office
