Penn windows replaced all the windows in my 70 year old house. The sales representative was professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done and the cost associated with it. There were no surprises. I was shown different window options and there was no pressure to buy now or the price would change. There are lots of other more honest, reputable window companies in the Allentown area than this one. We ordered 26 top quality windows - 21 as replacements, 5 for new construction in an addition. The replacements were all too long, leaving us to cut through ceramic tile in 4 rooms in order to make them fit, and sand, prime and paint all of the trim for all of the windows when we had been told that none of the existing interior moldings would be touched.
