I was a customer for 2 months. My experience was AWFUL. I booked the spot for our rv over the phone and was given my gate code and spot number. Pretty straight forward. When we got there, the gate code didn't work. Had to spend another half hour on the phone to get an "emergency" code that worked. When we got in the fence, our spot didn't exist.
