Never again! I have been dealing with Penn Tire for over 20 years with never a bad experience until now! I've bought new and used tires and have always been taken care of like a customer should. This time I went with my boy for his car and they didn't even have a new tire his size. It wasn't even a rare size tire for a VW Passat!
