Had a tire removed and another one replaced, they never put the spare back on the car. Had a flat no spare, had to have the car towed to my house. Well the Mgr I assumed said we don't have it well where did it go. He just threw his hands in the air. Now I have to get another spare tire. Just didn't care at all just went on waiting on someone else and pushed me to the side.
Do not take you tires to this place. They are expensive and customer service is the pits. I had them fix a slow leak, was charged $16 and had to go back a week later because it still was leaking. They refused to fix it and wanted to charge me again. The manage was a real piece of work. My money will go to another place next time.
Never again! I have been dealing with Penn Tire for over 20 years with never a bad experience until now! I've bought new and used tires and have always been taken care of like a customer should. This time I went with my boy for his car and they didn't even have a new tire his size. It wasn't even a rare size tire for a VW Passat! Was there today, very helpful n great used tires and super fast
Penn Tire will not get another dime from me. I bought 4 new tires, paid with cash and left without the foreign car tire decal that has to be pulled off. I also knew that I had one brake light out, but when I had my car inspected that same day, I was told that I had "no" brake lights at all because of some loose wires. I am not accusing anyone, but the tires were "great". It must have been "redneck" day.
Friendly, quick, cheap, and thorough service. I recommend it to everyone.
I gave this place too many chances and I wont be going there ever again. I know the tires are used but that does not give them the right to sell them in the condition theyre in. Ive also had I valve stem put on by them one time and they also messed that up. And finally every time I got something done by them they put the tire on so tight the one time I had to cut off the lug nut. Stay away from this place by all means. You get what you pay for.
