Ordered four sandwiches 4 sm fries looked in my bag before I left the store only had two small fries when I got home with the sandwiches three of the four were wrong very disappointed with this visit
Very disappointed with my experience at this Penn Station location today. The customer service was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The employees acted bothered and disrespectful during the entire interaction. On top of that, the sandwich had barely any chicken in it — literally just a few small pieces. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. The presentation and portion size did not match what customers should reasonably expect. I went here with my wife, I told this boy named mommydo this girl told me I told him to make the best Philly I ever had and he did just that. Just want to thank him a lot for making me and my wife satisfied with the food we have ate. 10/10 hope more comes to him and the other people there.
