Stopped in at 11:48am Monday, - great customer service - warm interaction with friendly staff - food was hot (fries included)
The cheesesteak was excellent—definitely one of the best I’ve had. However, the customer service could use some improvement. When I visited, the shop was unusually busy, and it seemed like the staff may have been overwhelmed by the number of orders. Still, no one acknowledged the long wait, offered an apology, greeted me, smiled, or showed attentiveness. The focus was solely on making sandwiches and serving food quietly. Always nice fast service I come here a lot
Zero stars if i could. Walked up to the door and employee was holding the door. I greeted him as I walked through the door. Apparently he was holding the door for a female employee who was behind me. He said "why did you walk in before a female"? I said what are you talking about. He said "I was holding the door for the female and you walked in front of her".
