All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

First of all, I have a consistently very good Experience every time I go. Food is good. Service is good. Sometimes understandably slower on the five dollar Monday deal. I just want to offer praise for the associates that work there. Not a giant staff, but they are trained well, offer good service and you can tell they have a system that’s working . They work efficiently and with pride and what they do. So kudos to all of them.
I have a great experience EVERY TIME. I come here very friendly love it at this location! I come once every 2 weeks !
This is my second and last Time coming here I took my family here twice and never was I greeted or a thank you for purchasing an order. Today same issue I proceeded to open the door when both of the workers looked in our direction and kept carrying on with what they were doing.Ther was no . " welcome to penn station " or "thank you for coming in be right with you in a sec " if you hate your job just leave, needless to say I went down the street to superchix where they had phenomenal customer service.
Came in at 11:45 only 2 others in the store took 10 min to make a sandwich will not be back. Not worth the wait in my opinion when other places can accept both walk-in and online orders and deliver in a reasonable amount of time
