All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

This is my second and last Time coming here I took my family here twice and never was I greeted or a thank you for purchasing an order. Today same issue I proceeded to open the door when both of the workers looked in our direction and kept carrying on with what they were doing.Ther was no . " welcome to penn station " or "thank you for coming in be right with you in a sec " if you hate your job just leave, needless to say I went down the street to superchix where they had phenomenal customer service.
Came in at 11:45 only 2 others in the store took 10 min to make a sandwich will not be back. Not worth the wait in my opinion when other places can accept both walk-in and online orders and deliver in a reasonable amount of time
I just moved to the area and started coming once a week for the past few weeks but after today I will not be back. The two workers working this location tonight were making obvious comments about me when I walked in. I always request for my sandwich to be cooked extra well done and with a little extra steak spice. I don’t view that as a bad thing as I’m the customer. I come here almost every day and spend around $25 for my meal. Not once have the said "thank you" to me for my purchase. Today, I noticed them thanking everyone who made a purchase except me?!?!?! I wonder why???? They took orders to ea h patron who bought a meal, and they called my name out and met me halfway.... I think I know why, because there is only one difference between myself and all.of.the other people who were there.....
Definitely better than expected... Fries are cut in front of you, bread is better than other chains, steak was actual steak... Will be back
