I ordered 4 subs. All 4 made wrong.$68 waste of money. All 4 sandwiches had banana peppers that I didn't ask for on any sandwiches. Absolutely the smallest amount of meat and toppings. The cook complaining about he not taking anymore orders. Its a snow storm today so I'm not driving back. They Absolutely ruined my family's entire dinner. This is absolutely the worst location in cleveland. Im unable to upload the pictures of this mess. I wish everyone could see it
super friendly staff, it’s hard to keep a smile in customer service these days but they keep the positivity. subs are top notch, prefer this over subway and jersey mikes. staff makes experience awesome
Ordered a mega cheesesteak for lunch. I’ve been to Penn Station for over 10yrs and I’m very aware of how things work. I ordered the sandwich and was asked mushrooms, onions, banana peppers mayo? I told the cashier onions and mayo! I received banana peppers along with American cheese on my sandwich. When I explained to them I didn’t want banana peppers I was told that’s how the sandwich comes and that’s it. I wasn’t offered a remake or anything i was forced to eat it as is or not at all.
