super friendly staff, it’s hard to keep a smile in customer service these days but they keep the positivity. subs are top notch, prefer this over subway and jersey mikes. staff makes experience awesome
Ordered a mega cheesesteak for lunch. I’ve been to Penn Station for over 10yrs and I’m very aware of how things work. I ordered the sandwich and was asked mushrooms, onions, banana peppers mayo? I told the cashier onions and mayo! I received banana peppers along with American cheese on my sandwich. When I explained to them I didn’t want banana peppers I was told that’s how the sandwich comes and that’s it. I wasn’t offered a remake or anything i was forced to eat it as is or not at all. Forgot to bag part of my order.
I asked for onions and banana peppers and mayo on my sandwich the onions and peppers were barely cooked was like they put them in the grill and took them right off it was like having raw onionions on the sandwich and there was way to many of them and if any mayo was on the sandwich you sure could not tell the sandwich was very dry.
