This was my first time eating at Penn Station in many years. I went in planning to order an Italian sub with oil and vinegar and, after waiting about 25 minutes, realized I had actually ordered the Italian sandwich with mayonnaise. After double-checking my receipt, I found the mistake was mine, not theirs. The sandwich ended up being better than I expected and tasted fresh. The biggest downside was the speed of service.
