The service is just slow. They’re always under staffed and every time I try to go here it takes 20-30 minutes to make a sandwich. I could go to a traditional sit-down service restaurant in that time. Management really needs to staff better.
got rock hard fries that was setting for an extraly long time and no ketchup was filled after we asked them for it my salad was clear looking very old and my husband got a Philly cheese steak sandwich without anything on it he was spose to get bell pepers and onions and mayo he took it back and they didn't want to make it how the sign said the two young guys was very lazy and didn't want to make or fix our food right it was $45.00 down the drain the fries was so hard that u couldn't even eat it at all we love eating here and... read more
Bad customer service, onions undercooked and sandwich is kind of overpriced.
Food is ok but ordering ahead and then arriving 5 mins after when said would be ready only to wait 15 more mins is not good service
Never got over half my order after sitting there for 40min. Staff were rude. I just got up and left. Without receiving my order.
