The floors were so sticky my feet felt stuck in place where everyone i walked, and I haven't been to Penn Station for years, but I was incredibly disappointed when I got home and my sandwich was so full of mayonnaise it was soggy. Definitely wont be back
Came here as they closed all locations in my state. Sandwiches were worth the drive and out of this world as usual
I thought the sandwich was very good.And the staff was very kind, and the only reason I gave it a four is because the bread was soggy, but that's because I got it to go if I'd ate it there.I'm sure it wouldn't have been, but otherwise I will return
I would give 0 stars and a -10 for attitude... Don't lie about online orders being the reason why everyone that came in after me got their orders 1st... my sandwiches were laying there wrapped and tagged, and you never dropped the fries until I asked about my order. Then you got an attitude and refused to refund the cost of the fries when I didn't want to wait (while my sandwiches got cold). Have the day you deserve...we won't be back... the food was dried out anything.
