We were the only patrons in the restaurant when we visited on a mid-afternoon weekend, and while the food was freshly made and delicious, there were tables that had not been cleaned or wiped down from previous customers and trash all on the floor. The employees did not speak to one another the entire time we were there but overall the food was great.
We moved from Cincinnati to Texas several years ago, and Penn Station is one of the things we miss most. We visited Cincy and are on our way back to TX, so we decided to stop at one more Penn Station. Y’all, this was the best PS I’ve ever had. Great service at the register from Abigail, but whoever made our sandwiches (a very kind blonde with a cute messy bun, sorry I didn’t catch your name!) freakin crushed it.
